Since we don’t have the usual vendor/customer relationship at this point, I wanted to pass along a note to thank you for the quick and efficient installation of our new heating and air conditioning system. We will be learning the ins and outs of the thermostat over the next couple of weeks, but both of us have noticed a marked difference in the heater over the old system. The house is definitely warmer, quicker these days.
As I have often said about myself, someday I am going to retire and I would imagine both of you will begin to entertain that idea as well if not already. Come the day that you notify us of your desire to give up the business we will absolutely miss you as it will not be easy to find someone like you. It’s funny, we have been with you for 33 years, the length of our marriage, and this too has been a good marriage for all those many years.
